Kevin
R. Vasquez | Lead Operating Director | Member, ESG Governance Committee
Kevin R. Vasquez has more than 40 years’ experience in the animal-health
industry and is the former chairman, president and CEO of Henry Schein Animal
Health. Mr. Vasquez has held several senior executive positions during his
career including chairman, president and CEO of Butler Schein Animal Health;
president & COO of Butler Animal Health; executive vice president of Fermenta
Animal Health; and vice president of the Cattle & Companion Animal Business Unit
at Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc. He has served the industry as a member
of the board of directors of the National Cattlemen’s Association, the American
Feed Industry Association, the American Veterinary Distributors Association,
Animalytics, Fermenta Animal Health, and Velcera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He is
also past chairman of the AFIA National Animal Health Committee.
In addition to serving as lead operating director of the board of Wedgewood
Pharmacy, Mr. Vasquez currently serves on the boards of directors of both
Mission Veterinary Partners, which
currently owns more than 250 companion-animal hospitals, and
Piedmont Pharmaceuticals, an
FDA product-development company.
He is the recipient of several awards and distinctions including the Ernst &
Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Ohio and Kentucky; The Western Carolina
University Professional Achievement Award; the Ohio Association of Corporate
Growth Award; The HSAH Outstanding Executive Award; and the HSAH Lifetime
Achievement Award. He also was inducted as an honorary member of Beta Gamma
Sigma, the international collegiate honor society recognizing the best in
business.
Mr. Vasquez holds a BSBA degree from Western Carolina University as well as
an MBA degree from Central Michigan University.

Marcy
A. Bliss | Chief Executive Officer | Wedgewood Pharmacy
Marcy A. Bliss, chief executive officer of private-equity-owned Wedgewood
Pharmacy, is responsible for overall company performance. She is a member of the
board of directors and works with the owners, board, and management team to set
and to ensure the delivery of patient care, prescriber service, corporate
vision, mission, strategy, structure, and long-term goals. The company’s brand
is recognized by 99% of veterinarians in the United States.
Under her leadership, in July 2018 the company acquired a significant
competitor, Diamondback Drugs, in Scottsdale, Arizona, adding a second
compounding pharmacy location and 180 employees. In 2020, the company acquired
Wildlife Pharmaceuticals and its ZooPharm subsidiary; and opened a 503B
Outsourcing Facility, Wedgewood Connect, in San Jose, California.
Most recently she was executive vice president of business operations and
Marketing for Wedgewood Pharmacy, having begun her career with the company in
early 1999 as employee number eight. Over the years, she assumed positions of
increasing responsibility, many with a significant emphasis on marketing,
product development, and pharmacy growth.
Prior to joining Wedgewood Pharmacy, she was chief marketing officer for the
accounting and consulting firm, The Siegfried Group. Previously, she was a
member of the staff of American Red Cross's (ARC) national office in Washington,
DC, for planning, evaluation, and chapter operations and later served as
communication manager for the Wilmington chapter of the ARC.
In addition to her role on the board of Wedgewood Pharmacy since 2016, she
serves on the board of the New Jersey Business and Industry Association; is a
member of the board of trustees of The Appel Farm Arts & Music Center (chair
2018-2020), where she is committed to supporting its mission of transforming
lives through the arts; and is a member of the board of Together Women's Health,
a network of integrated women’s healthcare providers based in Detroit.
Previously, she served on the board of directors of the Tobin Foundation for the
Visually Impaired.
She holds a BS degree in Business/Marketing and Management Studies from the
University of Maryland. A life-long learner, she has continued her education at
Wharton Executive Education, University of Pennsylvania, Aresty Institute of
Executive Education; the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford
University (Stanford, CA); and as an Executive Mastery client of Gap
International.

Peter Berweger is
part of the Private Equity Health and Life Europe Team of Partners
Group, based in Zug, Switzerland, and he is a member of the Private
Equity Health and Life Investment Committee. He is a member of the board
of directors of the firm's portfolio company Wedgewood Pharmacy.
Peter joined Partners Group in 2021 and has 25 years of industry
experience with a strong operating background. Prior to joining Partners
Group, Peter was Managing Director at Paine Schwartz Partners, a US
private equity firm where he led the operating team and also operated
two portfolio companies as the CEO. Prior to that he held senior
leadership positions at Syngenta and KPMG.
Peter is an economist
and accountant by background and holds an MBA degree from London Business
School and Columbia University, New York.

David A. Kamenetzky has broad executive experience in corporate strategy,
reputation management, regulatory, legal, antitrust, and compliance matters
across global consumer industries, as well as financial services. He has
operated in the most important markets, reaching from the U.S. to the EU, China,
India, Africa, and Latin America.
Mr. Kamenetzky has held several senior executive positions during his career
including CEO of Joh. A. Benckiser; member and Group Executive Committee at
Anheuser-Busch InBev; and member of the Leadership Team, Mars Incorporated,
where he developed an intimate knowledge of the pet and veterinary-care market.
HHe has extensive board experience as a member of the board of Ku¨hne + Nagel
International AG, former chairman of JAB Investors, and former board member of
DKSH Holdings. He also has spent significant time in the non-for-profit sector
as the founding chairman of the Alfred Landecker Foundation, one of the largest
European philanthropic organizations dedicated to the memory of the Holocaust,
and a former chairman of the European Union of Jewish Students. He is past
finance chair of Washington Performing Arts.
He holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from the University of
St. Gallen as well as an MS degree in Foreign Service from the Georgetown
University School of Foreign Service. He is a Swiss and German citizen and U.S.
Green Card holder.

Dennis

Domino’s Pizza
Dennis Maloney served as Domino's Pizza’s senior vice president and chief
innovation officer. He led Domino’s overall innovation strategy, overseeing the
Digital Experience, Loyalty, and Operations Innovation teams. Mr. Maloney
previously served as Domino's vice president and chief digital officer after
joining Domino's as vice president of Multimedia Marketing.
During his 12-year tenure, he was instrumental in growing Domino's digital
sales to more than 75% of total U.S. sales. He led the introduction of several
innovative digital capabilities – including the development of the iPhone,
Android, and iPad ordering applications, the launch of consumer profiles, Easy
Order, loyalty, voice ordering capabilities, and the Hotspots delivery platform.
He also championed the launch of several Domino’s proprietary “AnyWare” ordering
platforms including those developed for Google Home, Facebook Messenger, Apple
Watch, and Amazon Echo among several others. He has most recently been leading
in-store and delivery innovation, including the GPS delivery-tracking program,
Domino's Carside Delivery capabilities, and testing autonomous pizza delivery.
His previous experience includes more than 14 years in marketing and
e-commerce at leading global companies including The Coca-Cola Co. and Procter &
Gamble.
Maloney served in the U.S. Navy as a submarine officer on the USS Atlanta and
as a systems engineering instructor at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis,
Maryland. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval
Academy, and an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University
of America. He also has graduate-level training in nuclear engineering from the
Naval Nuclear Power School.
